A VEGAN
A Vegan is someone that does without animal or dairy in
their daily diet. As Kenneth says, "I do not eat anything
that flies, walks, swims or speaks."
Reasons why people became Vegans:
* "The food industry leaves much to be desired. Everything is
'grade z'."
* "All of the hormones/steroids used in the food industry are
not healthy."
* "Genetically-modified foods are not natural or health (no
quality in foods)."

Seitan Surprise
*3 tablespoons of olive oil
*2 cloves of garlic
*1 sliced onion
*9 ounces of textured soy protein
*12 ounces "chicken" seitan
*asparagus bunch
*2 zuchinnis
*1 avocado
*'vegenaise' (vegan mayonaise)
*Cajun Creole Seasoning spices('The Spice
Hunter'
*Dice garlic and onion and sautee
in oil
*add spices and sliced/diced
seitan and cook 5 minutes.
*Add textured soy protein
*Add diced zuchinnis and
asparagus/Cook 3 minutes.
*Add veganaise and let cool.
